The modern, lightweight safety nets used by Safety Nets Australia are fitted as close to the work position as possible. By fitting safety nets so close to the working level they prevent a fall causing personal injury, and also offer a collective level of protection. As such, they are an improvement on the use of harnesses and lanyards.

How do the nets work?

The nets are fitted to the underside of the roof or steel structure:

Nets are supported by specially designed fittings and hooks;
They are fixed in place by qualified personnel;
They allow safe access for roofers, bondeck fixers & other trades.
